Book your group for a WonderTime yoga class filled with original songs, imaginative play, movement, mindfulness, and social time for children and their caregivers. This engaging session with Frolic the Fox is designed to foster creativity, physical activity, and bonding while learning deeply nourishing songs and tools for children and their adults. It's a wonderful opportunity for little ones to explore and grow in a fun, supportive environment and for parents to meet each other. This is a child-and-me class, with active adult participation helping to guide kiddos. We recommend identifying an age group that is a 2-3 year span, such as 2-3, 4-6, 6-8, etc., with older or younger siblings welcome. Seasonal themes, birthday themes and more. Class time includes time to socially warm up, set up, and put away together as a group with playful songs to model joy. Explore instruments, singing, imagination, yoga (some mats available. please bring one per family or non-infant child) and an appearance Frolic's well-known rainbow for a little bit of sensory bliss. Private group sessions are meant to build social bonds between families, like parent groups, homeschool groups or school field trips. It's an inexpensive way to celebrate a special day or extend homeschool learning. Food outside only, but coffee is okay! Please build social time before or after, such as Coffee Trailer time or B & A Trail walk & stroll! Fridays are least expensive because Kathryn rents the barn at that time. Other times will have additional costs. Created by a Berklee-trained Singer-songwriter certified in Yoga teaching for 200 hour, teaching children, teaching teens, trauma informed yoga and Social Emotional Learning Facilitation. Kathryn's music is used by educators and organizations around the country to help guide, teach and cue children in her signature GuideNotes™ programs. She teaches from experience as a special needs parent who's autistic child asked her to share her music with other kiddos. This listing is created with times in which Kathryn is already renting the studio. Reach out to us to book alternative times (or locations), though cost will be higher. Add-ons are available, such as take home "Ditty Bags", "Ditty Card" packs, sensory rainbows.
