AACPS Sound Bath

A special Sound Bath with Kathryn Para specifically for educators and education professionals in public schools.

You'll be enveloped in a soothing soundscape of instruments like crystal singing bowls, metal singing bowls, harmonized gongs, chimes, and tongue drums to help your brain and body release tension. These sounds create a supportive environment for deep relaxation and renewal. Rest comfortably as sound frequencies wash over you, guiding you into a deeply relaxing state of mind and body. Meditate, ride the edge of consciousness or sleep! Participants often report feeling more centered, focused, and energetically balanced after these sessions.
