Release the Week with a Sound Bath with Kathryn Para. Enjoy community for tea before and after.
Kathryn will provide some guidance for relaxation and meditation and create a soundscape with calming instruments to help your brain and body to release the week. Featured instruments include crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, harmonized gongs, chimes, and tongue drums and more.
A sound bath helps you find a deeply relaxing state of mind and body. Deeply relax, meditate (optional), or fall asleep. Guidance for featured restorative pose and meditation will be given and is optional.
Early arrival helps you to explore restorative poses, set up your space, enjoy community and bring a mug for tea before and after.
