Please bring yoga mat and water bottle. You may want to add an old blanket or old towels to go under your mat and protect it a bit.

$10 per student paid on site before class via venmo/cash direct to teacher
Students bring their own mats/props
Open to ages 14+. Minors must be accompanied by an adult guardian.
