In this children's class, we will explore yoga through story and imaginative play and songs. This is a mixed age class with community feel, with a bit less structure and more play. The focus is inclusion and community rather than meeting movement goals.
This class is with Kathryn Para, not her alter identity Frolic the Fox.
Parents are encouraged to bring their own mat and play along! Children who are not independent must have one attentive adult in the room.
All diversities are welcome. Please contact with Kathryn Para if your child has special needs so that we can create an accessibility plan for them.
Remember to bring your mat and reusable water bottle. We offer cold filtered water at Yoga Barn.
