Yoga in the Greenhouse

If you’re looking for a unique and rejuvenating way to spend your weekend, Homestead Gardens has just what you need. Surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful houseplants, you’ll sweat out all your worries and leave feeling refreshed and revitalized.

Your ticket price includes an hour-long slow flow yoga session that focuses on light, flowing movements, allowing time to expand, hold, and enjoy each pose. We’ll emphasize the combination of breath and movement, enabling students to mindfully flow from posture to posture. This class is suitable for all levels. This yoga experience will include an extended savasana (rest pose) to experience the peace, tranquility and beauty of the greenhouse.

Please bring your own yoga mat, a blanket/towel for extra support (if desired), pillow or bolster (to assist with restorative poses), hydration, and appropriate clothing (the greenhouse will be comfortably heated).
