A mindful morning yoga experience designed to prepare your body and calm your mind for whatever adventure awaits you. We focus on awakening the body, creating mobility, and establishing breath awareness to support your active lifestyle. Follow this class with “All Bodies: Togetherly Trail Time” for a full morning of movement, mindfulness and community. Join us for this energizing yet accessible yoga practice created to build community through movement! This class brings together like-minded adventurers while addressing the physical needs of outdoor enthusiasts. We'll focus on hip mobility, leg strength, and core stability - all essential components for enjoying trails and outdoor activities with greater ease and enjoyment. The sequence progressively awakens tight muscles, creates stability in key joints, and establishes conscious breathing patterns that carry over into your day. We welcome all bodies and experience levels, offering modifications throughout to ensure everyone feels supported in their practice. Led by Kathryn Para, the creator of Togetherly Studios and yoga teacher, this class draws from her understanding of how mindful movement practices can enhance outdoor activities. Kathryn brings a nurturing, inclusive approach to all her classes, creating a brave space where participants can explore movement without judgment. Her trauma-informed teaching methodology ensures that every student feels seen, respected, and supported throughout their practice.
