Teachers will arrive at least 30 minutes early for setup. Enter through Rise Up. Check in with Aimee.

Teacher is responsible for breakdown of the event space after class.

Terrie Hartman is our primary event producer and liaison. She will be on site to coordinate the correct placement of items before and after as well as to provide guidance on how to stock the cart. Kathryn Para will be at events as she is able. In the unlikely event that neither Terrie or Kathryn is available the day of your event, there will be further directions sent.

FOR YOGA: These classes are marketing as and expected to be a slow flow class. We want this to be accessible for all skill levels and all bodies.

For Sound Bath: For Sound Bath leaders it is important that all sessions are referred to as Sound Baths and not Sound Healing. This is what we have indicated and what people have bought tickets for. If you would like to mention that you personally offer sound healing and to reach out for more information that is of course welcome and encouraged.
