About the event

We'll take our time with more props, explanations, and attention to variation in poses. In this nurturing, slow-flow yoga journey, we'll have a full seventy minute retreat to include breath work, slow yoga sequences, guided meditation and extended guided, supportive savasana (resting pose). This class is beginner friendly, with options for all levels and options to extend, intensify, modify or shorten poses. We'll practice as we are, in the bodies we have, without judgment, and with props, to help us find the yoga we can do right now. Attention given to ways of reducing stress in yoga practice.
