Meet Kathryn Para! Kathryn Para is a Berklee trained, wonder-forward songwriter and performer. She is well-known for her integration of social emotional learning, mindfulness, and yoga into her music. Performing as Frolic the Fox, Kathryn captivates audiences with songs that guide children through daily transitions and emotions. A certified Social Emotional Learning Facilitator and yoga teacher, she combines her expertise to create holistic, educational experiences. Kathryn's work, including her GuideNotes program, has enriched countless lives, promoting empathy, creativity, and well-being among children and families.

From this enchanting mist, Frolic the Fox was "sneezed awake"! The essence of wonder and creativity filled the air. Frolic the Fox, with her playful spirit and musical heart, embodied the magic of nature, bringing smiles and wonder to all who encounter her.Â

Meet Our Communications Fairy! Christina provides marketing and communications support and has been with Kathryn for four years. She is often behind the communications you see from Team Frolic and loves to frequent local events to meet the Frolic/Kathryn family! She keeps busy with her three kids, but also loves hiking, running, and her new hobby crocheting.

Dreamweaver Assistant
Meet Our Dreamweaver Assistant! Provides seamless support across various tasks. She also assists with creative projects and ensures everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Fenlee hails from Hawaii. In her free time, she loves chilling with her hubby and their fur baby, Raiden (German Shepherd), or getting her crochet on while binge-watching the latest Netflix series.

Nature Enthusiast & Teacher Trainer
Meet Our Nature Enthusiast & Teacher Trainer! Heather is an AMS Montessori-certified child-guide with nearly 20 years of experience in early childhood education. Specializing in nature-based outdoor learning, she has served as a director, lead teacher, and program coordinator. Heather is the founder of Hummingbird Hill Collective, LLC, where she offers MSDE-licensed family childcare nature programs and professional development workshops. Inspired by her own childhood filled with outdoor play and exploration, Heather's deep-rooted love for nature and its impact on childhood development fuels her passion for creating engaging, nature-focused educational experiences. Heather will help you get outside with your children, nuture yourself, and slow down.
