Join Frolic the Fox in a magical class with with original songs, imaginative play, movement, mindfulness, and social time for children and their caregivers. This engaging session is designed to foster creativity, physical activity, and bonding while learning deeply nourishing songs and tools for children and their adults. It's a wonderful opportunity for little ones to explore and grow in a fun, supportive environment and for parents to meet each other.  

This is a child-and-me class, with active adult participation helping to guide kiddos. Activities are geared toward 3-4 year olds, with older or younger children taken into account.
