Immerse yourself in the lush greenery of the Severna Park greenhouse and the serene sounds of singing bowls for an unforgettable experience. Imagine lying peacefully, surrounded by plants, while the vibrations of tranquil sounds wash over you. Let the noise, worries, and stress of everyday life fade away as you sink into a meditative state. This event offers the perfect escape, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and allow the soothing sounds to take you on a journey of peacefulness.
Your ticket includes an hour-long meditative experience where you will be “bathed” in sound waves as you lay on your mat in the greenhouse. The session is guided and suitable for all levels.
Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket/towel (if desired), pillow or bolster (to assist with your comfort in restorative poses), hydration, and appropriate clothing (greenhouses will be comfortably cooled/heated). Arrive 10 minutes…
