Sound Bath in the Greenhouse – Severna Park

If you’re looking for a calming and rejuvenating way to spend your evening, Homestead Gardens has just what you need. Surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful houseplants, you’ll lie back as soothing tones and vibrations wash over you, helping stress and worry fade away.

Your ticket price includes an hour-long guided sound bath during which you will be “bathed” in sound waves while comfortably resting on your mat. This experience focuses on deep relaxation and mindful breathing and is suitable for all levels. Expect a peaceful, meditative atmosphere that supports rest, balance, and calm.

Please bring your own yoga mat, a blanket or towel for added comfort (optional), hydration, and comfortable clothing (the greenhouse will be comfortably cooled/heated). Please arrive 10 minutes before class begins to get settled.
