About the event
Join Kathryn at Pherm Brewing Company this Sunday October 5 from 10:30am-11:30am for a yoga class in the brewery. This class will be donation based upon arrival and will support Kathryn's work with low income schools in Anne Arundel County.
Come a few minutes early for restorative poses on pranayama breath bolsters. This is an all bodies, all levels class and we hope to see you there!
