Yoga Flow, Babes in Tow (Adults, babies optional)

Tap into the well of community and fill your cup with other parents with a gentle yoga flow, mindfulness and parenting tools geared toward helping you find your new balance and self-care routine with singer-songwriter and newly certified yoga teacher Kathryn Para a.k.a. Frolic the Fox. Self-care time for all bodies includes a variety of meditation, mindfulness, and breathing practices with a gentle yoga flow. Pre- or early-crawling babies are invited to come but not required as the class is focused on the caregiver.

Finding your community and balance is so important with a new little one. In this gentle class, you are encouraged to do what feels good for you and your body while caring for your baby as needed. The focus of this yoga class is:

• Gentle yoga with practices sensitive to new mama needs
• Self-nourishment, self care, and stress reduction, with babies and their noises welcome
• Community-building
• Embracing ourselves and each other, as we are and as we find new balance and strength
• Share and learn powerful tools to help bond with your baby and find some peace and connection
• Time and space to be with others who share this part of your journey
• This is an adult class, but also serves as a "Pre-Frolic" class for your babies

$20 per adult, with pre-or early-crawling baby optional.  Add $10 for Frolic’s Rhyming Rug after for one child amd $5 for each additional child.  We want everyone to be able to attend, if the cost is prohibitive email Frolic@kathrynpara.com and put the subject line as equity with the class name and we will send you a coupon code no questions asked.

Online Community of Wonder access (rebuilding)

Attendees will be granted access to Kathryn (& Frolic’s) “Community of Wonder” to connect with other attendees in the “Local’s Only, Frolic on the Go” space, where you can also access "pop-up" events with Frolic as well as tools for bringing wonder and wllness to your family.

Note: Kathryn is newly certified yoga teacher. She is a mindfulness coach, social-emotional learning facilitator, singer-songwriter, children's performer and teacher trainer. She teaches families and educators across the country to integrate mindful practices, songs and wonder into life to build connection and wellness.

Kathryn is not a pre-natal or post-natal -focused instructor or expert. She is studying and researching best practices but can not give medical advice. Please know and stay within your medical limitations as your doctor expresses.
