Find your steady. Strong & Steady Sunrise is a 45-minute morning yoga class for building strength, mobility, balance, breath awareness, and everyday steadiness. This weekday morning practice offers a steady start without rushing or forcing. This yoga flow includes: grounding, mobility, strength, balance, breath, sound, and rest woven throughout. Options are offered as part of the practice so you can choose what supports your body, energy, joints, balance, attention, and experience today. This class is rooted in Kathryn Para’s work as a mindfulness and SEL teacher and grows from the GuideNotes™ framework: practical tools for mind, body, relationships, and daily life. All bodies welcome.
