Make it Ready
A bitty ditty to share when it's time to clean up. Begin with singing "Make" long to provide an avenue for anticipation of the cue. Could use it like a "ready, set, go" type of cue, where you say "Make it" and when you say "ready", that's when everyone gets to tidying. Social emotional aspects include taking action together, self regulation, caring for things and people. Acknowledgement that someone else made this space ready for us. Reciprocal effort, team work, working together.
