Alexandria Gable

Alex believes that inside of everyone lies all of the organic tools we need to feel whole and radiant and that by practicing yoga one will come to better realize this. Practicing yoga has been a gift to her, helping her see the beauty and strength that lies within, and her goal is to share this gift with all of her students. Her goal is to bring more peace, balance and strength into the lives of her students by sharing her practice with them.
