Join us for the free "All Bodies: Togetherly Trail Time" - an informal community trail experience that happens right after "All Bodies: Flow & Go" yoga class.
We'll help you connect with fellow adventurers who share your activity interests, pace, and vibe as you put your newly awakened body into practice on the beautiful B&A Trail. Togetherly Studios Teacher and Founder, Kathryn Para joins the trail group most days, offering guidance and community connection as you transition from mat to trail.
This paired experience creates a complete morning of movement and connection - prepare your body with yoga, then immediately apply what you've learned in a supportive community setting.
The trail meet-up welcomes everyone, even those who haven't attended the yoga portion! We're building community through our dedicated online space where you can connect with other participants, plan meetups, coordinate ride shares, and share photos from your adventures.
